I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy registered psychotherapist and a member of the Counselling Division of the BPS. I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.

I work with adults (over 16). Clients bring all kinds of issues which may include loss, abuse, depression, anxiety, ageing, work-related problems, family stresses, bullying, sexuality, identity, attachment and relationship issues.
I have completed full training in the legacy of boarding school experiences, and I have extensive experience with neurodegenerative conditions and the experience of carers.

Alongside my private practice, I volunteer as a supervisor with a local bereavement charity. Until recently, I have been a visiting lecturer at the University of Roehampton and a member of the clinical committee of a long-established voluntary counselling agency in Surrey. My other experience includes a women-only agency and volunteering with Cruse Bereavement Care.

Before training as counsellor and psychotherapist, I had a senior level career in finance.
